kama.tube respects the intellectual property rights of others. If material on this Website infringes your copyright, tell us and we will remove it.
Where to send a notice
Copyright complaints, kama.tubedmca@kama.tube
What a notice must contain
- Your physical or electronic signature, as the copyright owner or a person authorised to act on their behalf.
- Identification of the copyrighted work you say has been infringed, or a representative list if one notice covers several works.
- Identification of the material you say is infringing, with enough detail for us to find it — for this Website, the full URL of every page concerned.
- How to reach you: an email address, and a postal address and telephone number.
- A statement that you believe in good faith that the use is not authorised by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
- A statement that the information in your notice is accurate, and that you are the copyright owner or authorised to act for them.
A notice missing the URL, or missing a way to contact you, will slow us down more than anything else. Both are worth getting right first time.
What we do
On receiving a valid notice we remove or disable access to the identified material promptly, and make a reasonable attempt to notify whoever supplied it. We keep a record of every notice, what was removed, and when.
Disputing a removal
If your material was removed by mistake, email dmca@kama.tube identifying the material, the URL where it appeared, and why you believe the removal was wrong. We will review it and, where we are satisfied the notice was mistaken, restore the material.
Repeat infringers
We disable and terminate the accounts of repeat infringers, and stop accepting material from licensors whose content is repeatedly the subject of valid notices.
Not a copyright matter?
Non-consensual imagery, requests to remove content in which you appear, and other urgent complaints go through our content report process, which does not require you to own the copyright.
